A Few Things About Tarot
A tarot deck contains 78 cards, not the traditional 52. It consists of 22 Major Arcana, which are broader readings, and 56 Minor Arcana, which provide more detailed insight. Combined they allow for very layered readings. The Minor Arcana has four different suits: Cups(relationships/emotions), Wands(creativity/expression), Swords(thought/conflict), and Pentacles(wealth/body/home). Every suit has ten numbered cards and four court cards (Knight, Page, King, Queen) similar to a deck of playing cards. TL;DR: Tarot is like a playing card deck, but way better!
A Quick Tutorial On Tarot
Tarot isn't witchcraft unless you want it to be. It's just a way to learn about yourself and your future. Think of it as guided introspection! With a real deck, people usually shuffle the cards to distribute the energy. Since this deck is digital, you don't have to, but it really adds *vibes*. Then, you draw your spread. For a quick draw, you might do one card only. For a simple yet mor detailed reading, people often draw three-card spreads, like this app does! Three card spreads often represent your past, your present, and your future. But you can decide what your spread positions are, just like you can decide how to interpret your cards! Each card has a general vibe or meaning, but it's really up to you to figure out what your spread means to you. Tarot is all about you!
